Hithawathi is a Help Desk started in 2014 for guidance, support and safety tips for cyberspace related issues. It is a supporter, a listener, a guide, a helper to internet users, especially young girls & ladies, teenagers and minors.

We strive to educate and recognize incidents related to cyber harassment, cyber stalking, blackmail incidents, cyber bullying, etc. We educate people on how to prevent such incidents and guide the victim towards responding to such situations.
Free help for everyone, anytime
Hithawathi project mainly addresses women and children who are victimized or looking for information on cybersafety, but is not limited only for females. Anybody can request help or assistance from Hithawathi, regardless of their gender, age or other limitations. Help desk services, guidance and consultations are free of charge to everyone who uses our trilingual (Sinhalese, Tamil, English) services.
